2.2 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and Afterpay.
2.4 Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Compliance with Platform Policies

3.1 Our store complies with the commerce policies of platforms we sell on, including Facebook’s Commerce Policies. We do not sell prohibited items such as weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or counterfeit goods.
3.2 All product listings are accurate, with truthful descriptions and specifications.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless a product is faulty or not as described.
4.3 Estimated delivery times are 10–15 business days, subject to delays outside our control.
4.4 Customers will be notified via email when their order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support

5.1 In line with Australian Consumer Law, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
5.2 To request a return or refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@oakstoneliving.com.
5.3 Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6.2 All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
