Priority Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Priority handling: Your order is shipped first in queue

Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays outside our control.

  • Calculated at checkout based on your chosen method and order value.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

6. Shipping Address Changes

  • Contact hello@oakstoneliving.com immediately if you need to change your address.

  • We can only update addresses before the order has been dispatched.

7. Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier with photo proof, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Please ensure a secure drop-off location is available and use the “Delivery Notes” field at checkout for safe drop instructions.

  • Oakstone is not liable for theft after confirmed delivery.
