Our story

We are two Brazilians who moved to Adelaide more than a decade ago. What made it feel like home straight away was the weekend BBQ. Friends, fire, good food. Aussies take it as seriously as we do back in Brazil.

The prep was the problem. Every weekend we fought blunt knives, squashing tomatoes and sawing through meat. Good knives never stayed sharp, and sharpening felt like a skill we would never have time to learn. We went through cheap pull-through sharpeners that chewed up the edge and made things worse.

So we built the tool we wanted. A rolling sharpener that holds the angle for you with magnets, grinds with industrial diamond and hones with ceramic. Solid oak and stainless steel, so it earns its place on the bench instead of hiding in a drawer.
